Do dogs go to heaven?

I'm saying yes they do just because I want to see Howard, Gus, Bishop and Xavier again. Those were my family dogs growing up and have left this earth. Sad but I got hope that I will see them again. Hopefully they are getting along up there? I just can't see all the current earth dogs and heaven dogs playing peacefully. There has got to be one scruffy fight right? Maybe they get special heaven neutering before they enter. Once fixed there will be no alphas but equality for all dogs. Wouldn't that be something. The perfect dog park.
